I was a bit surprised that my order was sent in several packages. As if B&G doesn't have all the things I ordered. This leads me to believe that you use vendors, and don't actually have some of the items in stock. I don't have a problem with that, but it must be a crimp in your profit margin. Happy Xmas and Merry New Year.
