Shipping Policies

Domestic (USA) Shipping: We ship using UPS, USPS, or other carriers as appropriate to provide the best delivery experience to our customers. All domestic shipments are sent from our Fulfillment Center (One World Distribution) and Shipping Notifications and Tracking Number Information is emailed from do-not-reply@owd.com so please make sure you allow that email address. All shipments will be sent insured with tracking information.

Local Delivery & Pick-Up (Domestic): It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that they are able to receive all tracking notifications from the designated carrier (UPS or USPS). Recipient is responsible for ensuring that they are able to receive notifications and updates from their local carrier to ensure successful final delivery. If recipient fails to pick up their package from their local carrier during the pick-up window, Beadle & Grimm's is not responsible for reshipping packages; any additional shipping charges will be charged to recipient.

International Shipping: Our international shipping partner is OpenBorder(www.openborder.com) and all international shipments will be shipped insured with tracking information. OpenBorder provides all tracking information via their Tracking Page (beadleandgrimms.passportshipping.com/[2-digit country code]/[tracking number]).

Recipient is responsible for ensuring that they are able to receive notifications and updates from their local carrier to ensure successful final delivery. If recipient fails to pick up their package from their local carrier during the pick-up window, Beadle & Grimm's is not responsible for reshipping packages; any additional shipping charges will be charged to recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Beadle & Grimm's is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by local carrier to recipient.
