Remember back in the days whwn you ordered a collector edition video game and it came with a ton of epic stuff. Well thats what Beadle &Grimm's bring to the TTRPG world. I ordered the dragon delves DM vault. It has maps and hand outs that I can bring to enhance my players experience. Its high quality and well worth the price.

This is the first time I've ordered from Beadle & Grimm's and I didn't really know what to expect. I've been hearing about them for several years, but I've only run VTT tables since the covid lockdowns, so I didn't have much need for IRL game aids. I've decided, though, that it's time to get back to a real table, it's so much more fun.

After listening to Sly Flourish's Lazy Dungeon Master, I have been curious about using poster maps for quick, easy, and beautiful battle/exploration maps. The advice is mostly about winging it with poster maps, but I'm planning to run some adventures from Dragon Delves, so I was curious if there were poster maps for those adventures. This led me to Beadle & Grimm's DM Vault and I decided to give it a try.

It just arrived and after inspecting the contents, I was so excited I decided I needed to write a review. The poster maps are way higher quality than I was expecting. I was expecting the thin maps like you used to get in the boxed sets from the 80s and 90s that start to fall apart pretty quickly, but these are beefy paper and high quality prints. I'm sure they'll hold up well and feel great to handle. The same goes for the handouts, very high quality not just visually but also tactilely. They'll really up my game.

Another delightful surprise was the encounter cards. I'd wasn't expecting much from the description on the web page, but these are awesome. One of the mildly annoying things about Dungeon Delves is the lack of monster stats in the adventure, which would normally mean having to slow the game to look up stats. This not only solves that problem, they've even included names and roleplaying notes on the specific monsters. On top of that the design where you place it on the GM screen so the DM can see the stats and pic and players can see the pic is just brilliant.

I'm so excited to use this. This will not only improve the flow of my game it will improve the overall immersion. Definitely worth every penny for me, thanks!

Loved the tokens.

Already prepping my second adventure to run with friends. Scheduling conflicts stalled our extended family campaign and our first adventure (Eye) provided a satisfying conclusion. Looking forward to many more one-shots from FPW. Perchance will the be any digital assets for those of us that acquired the book at Gen Con?

Beautiful tin. Dice are good. Larger tin than expected. About 6.5” wide x 9” tall. Shipped very quickly.

I am really looking forward to utilizing this journal in my next campaign. The paper is a good weight ( I haven’t tested any ink bleeding), the sections are well organized, and seems to be well suited for several months of game play. I bought the red cover and love the artwork. The pages are sewn, not glued. The cover feels like a faux leather and is a size A journal with two ribbons for page markers and a back pocket for storage of loose papers. From 1st glance it seems like a fine game journal comparable in cost to a Leuchtturm, but designed with the GM in mind.

The beautiful art of the Dragon Delves adventure book shines through in the B&G set. All the maps are beautifully stylized, the Orcua pin is hefty, and it’s packed with new 2024 stat block encounter cards too! The included booklet of story hooks and ways to build relevant PCs to match the campaign is great!!

The set tins that B&G put out have become necessary loot to my prerelease experience. Other players always ask where I got them and of course I share because I want them to grab one for the next set, or for any previous sets as throwback and chaos drafts do occur on occasion. Thanks for putting these out and I would suggest releasing the metal tokens as their own set as they are nice to have for other formats as well 🤙

The Dragon Delves DM Value is an absolute treasure. From the maps, book, artifact and everything in between it has it all to take your D&D game to new heights.

As a huge fan of Planescape, I can’t recommend this product enough. Obviously the contents are fantastic for any group running the Turn of Fortune’s Wheel adventure, but they are also useful for any homebrew campaign that takes place in Sigil. The players in my homebrew campaign often visit Sigil, and the handouts have been a huge hit; especially the trifold visitor guide and coins that I’ve repurposed. Speaking of re-purposing, the battle maps are beautiful and can easily be repurposed in lots of adventures, especially the one of the Sigil city streets. My personal favourite inclusion has to be the high quality canvas maps of both Sigil and the Outlands. Always an amazing product. This came out just in time since we just finished a campaign and want something a little more episodic and this will help me run it easier.
